The headquarters building of Ya Sheng Investment Group was invested and constructed by Fujian Ya Sheng Investment Group Co., Ltd. The building design scheme was created by German GMP architectural design firm; LDI: Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd. The planned height of the building reaches 199.95 meters, with a total construction area of approximately 159,992.74 square meters, including an above-ground building area of approximately 105,921.65 square meters, which is mainly used for commercial offices, commercial and property management facilities, and other supporting facilities; and an underground building area of approximately 54,071.09 square meters, mainly used for parking and equipment rooms. There has not been a building reaching 200 meters in Cangshan District. The 199.95-meter-high Ya Sheng Group headquarters building will be the tallest building in Cangshan District.

The headquarters of Ya Sheng Investment Group is located in Sanjiangkou Area of Fuzhou, which is an important region for Fuzhou's "eastward and southward" development. Fuzhou is also making efforts to develop it into the "urban reception room" of Fuzhou with high-level planning, high-quality construction, and high efficiency.
