On the afternoon of May 25, a centralized groundbreaking activity for 159 major projects in the second quarter, with a total investment of CNY 103 billion, was held in Fuzhou. Lin Baojin, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and Secretary of Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee, declared the mobilization, which was presided over by the mayor Wu Xiande, and attended by leaders of Fuzhou City and Fuzhou New Area, including Lan Wen, Ruan Xiaoying, Cai Yadong, Zhang Dingfeng, Ye Renyou and Huang Jianxiong, Yang Wenjun, president of Ya Sheng, and all staff in the Project Department.

At the ceremony site, Lin Baojin said that the centralized groundbreaking activity of major projects is a specific initiative to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and an effective means for implementing the deployment requirements of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and the Government and advancing the action of "striving for excellence and efficiency through comprehensive learning and hard work to promote the Party building, economy and people's livelihood", which is of great significance to accomplish the annual goals and tasks. All departments at all levels in Fuzhou should take the activity as an opportunity to highlight the project driving force, build up the awareness of "promoting the development and seeking the future with the focus on projects", keep an eye on major projects, and ensure that projects would be put into use and produce results as soon as possible by arranging the schedule of each phase according to the completion date, pushing forward as planned and overcoming difficulties. It is necessary to invite businesses and investment, make good use of policies such as China-Indonesia "Two Countries, Twin Parks", Fuzhou New Area and Fuzhou Metropolitan Area, establish large platforms and large carriers, give play to the role of the main platform of the parks, plan to introduce a number of large projects of high quality, and form a project pattern of tiered promotion and dynamic succession. Covering a total construction area of about 159,992.74 square meters, the Yasheng Group Building Project is proposed to build a 40-story business office building (about 200 meters high) and a 3-story business podium building, with rooms for business office and business and property management, and other ancillary rooms. There is also a three-story underground building with a construction area of about 54,071.09 square meters for parking and equipment, equipped with about 1,225 motor vehicle parking spaces and 2,032 non-motor vehicle parking spaces.

As an important area node on the development axis of Fuzhou's east expansion, Sanjiangkou Area is located in the intersection area of Minjiang River, Wulong River and Ma River in the easternmost part of Cangshan District.
