2022 End-of-Year Work Meeting of Min Hai Group

On January 7, Min Hai Group held the 2022 Work Meeting through "on-site and video" mode, which was attended by more than 40 leaders, middle managers and employee representatives. Chairman Ding Jianyang, and Yang Wenjun, the founder of Yasheng Industrial, an affiliated enterprise, were invited to attend the meeting, which was presided over by Zhou Jing, director of the Human Resources Department.



Lasting for one day, with rich content, compact agenda and warm atmosphere, this meeting was not only a summary and deployment meeting of the annual work, but also an exchange forum for the development of the Group.


One important issue was how to make the management keep pace with the development of the Group. There was a new "diagnostic step" in the meeting, during which, professional consultant companies were invited to analyze the current management situation of the Group and give suggestions on the management improvement.


At the meeting, the general managers of subsidiaries made keynote work reports, including the 2022 annual work summary, the 2023 work plan, and the 2022 financial statement data system analysis. The heads of the human resources and administrative departments, representatives of public relations department and business backbones made reports and exchanged their annual work experience, plans for 2023 and work arrangements during the Spring Festival.


After reports from all departments, Ding Jianyang spoke highly of the performance of the Group's direct distribution teams, expressed his gratitude to employees for their hard work in the past year, praised colleagues for their perseverance and diligence, and summarized and reviewed the business development in 2022. Much attention was paid to the achievements and major problems in 2022, as well as the work plan and long-term strategy in 2023.

 
Ding said that the year of 2023 witnessed both opportunities and challenges. To make strides in the operation, efforts shall be made to insist on continuous improvement and innovation, as well as better management and businesses. At the end of the meeting, the heads of all departments had in-depth exchanges around the work plan in 2023 and other issues.


The year of Tiger has ended with a huge triumph, and here comes the year of Rabbit! The year of 2023 marks the great development opportunities for Min Hai Group, and the Group will continue to maintain full confidence, carry forward the spirit of "pragmatism, concentration, flexibility, efficiency, and innovation", and gather together to create new achievements!
